David too quick to catch
Inter Counties Championships
David Bolarinwa once again proved why he's the countries top under 17's sprinter, capturing another under 17 boys 100m record.
Competing for Kent on Sunday at Watford, he ran 10.71 seconds.
Club Championships
Another successful club championship day was held in glorious weather at Sutcliffe Park on Sunday.

Joydens Wood 5k
Cambridge Harriers senior men came away with the team prize in the final race of the Darford Road Runners Joydens Wood 5km.
Only a trip up from Dean Lacy prevented him from breaking the course record, to win the race in a time of 16 minutes and 31 seconds.
The three other members of the winning mens team were third placed Rob Jackaman finishing in 17:57, sixth placed Mark Penny in 18:27 and Graham Maynard in 20:07.
Other Cambridge Harriers competing among the 71 competitors were Dave Tull (24:05), Peter Hadley (25:22), Les Pullen (25:28) and Theodra Huggins (28:13)
British Men's League
With division three status secured,nine u17 and U20 turned out with 4 veterans and 3 seniors for the final British Men's League fixture of the sesason.

Club BBQ
After a year out, the annual club BBQ returns.
Join club members for a fun evening at the club house on Saturday 12th September from 7 PM to late.
Tickets are £7 and include food, but you will need to bring your own drink. Children 10 and under are free!
