Muddy good time had up the hill

South of England Cross Country Championships

Another course filled with mud and steep hills greeted athletes, as usual, at Parliament Hill for this years SEAA Cross Country Championships.

Dean Lacy performed very well to come 6th, beating Mike Coleman of Medway convincingly and hopefully setting up a good race between them at the Kent Champs in two weeks time.

The results have not yet been published, but other runners included Matt Winn-Smith, Dave Reader, Clem Dixon, Graham Maynard and Mark Newell for the Senior Men, Rosa Sampson-Geroski and Kate Aldrisge for the women.

We'll have the results here of the girls, boys and seniors when they are available.

Photos from the day's event can be found here.
