Short biog:Joined club on a Sunday after being chucked out of a marching band for disruptive behaviour, wasn't my fault the skate board I was on went through some panto senery! Known mainly as `Jewett!' in the club went on to make some most memorable friends; Coral Lambert, Joyce Campbell, Gommy, Jonny Hadler, Dave Wren, Lorraine Grant, Claire Griffin (me bridesmaid) and off course my lovely sister Susan. Most memorable trip: Exeter for XC via train where `The Jewett's' (my group) created mayheam which raised concern at committee! Also due to `group' which by coincident had me in it, Dartford and Bexley refused to share coached with Cambridge anymore!! Sorry for that! Think I've out grown all this but not sure!!!

Favourite race and why: 400m Hurdles when I ran just outside my PB, stuck in traffic so stretched in Mick Paul's car, arrived at track just as senior women were called to the start, no warm up, told to use outside lane, walked passed women who said `bet she wins it as well!' joking and so I did! Other race when I won Bexley schools cross country at Footscray meadows on a full cooked breatfast!

Career highlights: Setting PB in 800m at an open meeting when my sleepless son was 10months! Being the first vet women (44yrs) in the summer 2008 Tough Guy and 7th Lady over all by some 20years!

Injuries: Where do I start!!! Suffered mainly back, neck, calf, thigh, foot.

Career ambition:  To continue competing in the summer Tough Guy getting faster, 2006 was 658 overall 2:58:05, 2007 was 524 in 2:43:48, 2008 positioned 229 in 2:27:56.
