Road runs for all ages 16+ and all abilities.

There are several regular routes used for this session, where there are groups for men and women split in to groups based upon ability.

This group is ideal for anyone wishing to join a group for the first time or anyone wishing to train for longer distances. routes vary from 4-12 miles in distance. A selection of routes can be found here.

Wednesday

Off road and trail runs for all ages 16+ and all abilities.

There are several regular routes used for this session, utilising the peace and beauty of Joydens Woods, Dartford Heath and Foots Cray Meadows.There are groups for men and women of all abilities.

This group is ideal for anyone wishing to join a group for the first time or anyone wishing to train for longer distances, particularly useful preparation for cross country.

Wednesday

Thursday

6PM

Hill work or gently paced,slow road runs for all ages 16+ and all abilities.

The group meet at the Clubhouse and run for one mile to Gravel Hill by the A2 Bexley interchange for hill intervals.

For those not wishing to do hills or who are preparing for a race at the weekend, there is a short route taken at a slow/steady pace (click here to view.)

This group is ideal for anyone wishing to join a group for the first time.

Friday

(Oct-Mar)

7PM

Steep hill work or long country runs for all ages 16+.

The group meet at Filston Lane Car Park, Shoreham and set off no later than 7PM. (click here for map)

These runs take in the hills and the visual splendor of the Kent countryside of Shoreham and the surrounding areas.

This group is ideal for anyone wishing to train for fell or cross country races.

Friday

(Apr-Sep)

6.30PM

Coached track session for juniors, aged 8-12.

This session is a great introduction to athletics for youngsters. It mixes different types of training and athletics events to allow children to try their hand at the sport.

Saturday

10AM

Road runs for all ages 16+ and all abilities.

This hardy group use several regular routes, on road and through local park land, usually running for an hour and a half to two hours.

This group is ideal for anyone wishing train for longer distances. A selection of routes can be found here.
